Right knee started doing some major bitching toward the end of last night's run... I suspect it was a result of going down all the steps in the gorge. It doesn't hurt all the time... but when I do something it doesn't like it lets me know it in no uncertain terms. So my trip to OH to run, ride, and walk is definitely off, and my trip to PA to do the Lake Erie Duathlon at Presque Isle State Park is likely off as well - waiting to see how things go during the day today.

VERY frustrating... I've been managing the knee fairly well for the past year only to have it get screwed up in a race I've done half a dozen times (and during the "easy" portion to boot.)

Aaargh.
