6.3 Mile Run at Peebles Island State Park

It took some thinking but I managed to come up with a route that took me over almost every official trail in the park without having to repeat much (at least in the same direction.)
The cold weather may have helped keep the numbers down on the trails, which was a plus - Peebles Island is not a big place!
No unusual critters today, though I did see deer and a turkey as well as plenty of geese on the water. I wonder if this pair of geese appreciated the irony of their choice of resting spots...
When I got home, I was also able to confirm that there is an eagle in the nest - looks like she was staring right at me when I took the picture.
