LAZY DAY

Woke up in the middle of the night with a major allergy attack, and ended up staying up until late morning while I waited for the sneezing and runny nose to abate... even with another couple hours of sleep, that pretty much ruined me for the rest of the day, and my original plans to go for a run changed into today being a rest day. Tomorrow is now definitely a running day, and then I have to decide if I want to ride roads on Tuesday or head over to Massachusetts and spend some time on my mountain bike. Right now I'm leaning toward the road bike, since I'm making the drive to Rochester on Wednesday morning...
