6.2 Mile Run at Saratoga Spa State Park

Since I was heading up to the Saratoga area anyway, I decided to put in 5-6 miles at the state park before heading to Wilton for tonight's race. Lots of folks out and about in the park, which was good to see, especially since not many of them were on most of the trails I was running. And it was a perfect day for a run - sunny but cool and breezy.

Heard two barred owls calling back and forth in the woods overlooking the Ferndell path... I might have hung around and tried to spot them, but I was running low on time at that point and needed to get back to the car to make the drive to Wilton.
