1.4 Mile Walk at the Crossings of Colonie

When I got to the usual parking lot I use at the Crossings, I was surprised to see the entrance barricaded. Apparently, the town decided that people weren't doing a good enough job of isolating (no surprise there, the place was packed last week) and closed the park to all vehicular traffic. It's definitely had the desired effect - there were a lot fewer people there today.
Today had two critter surprises. The first was an osprey that spent a while trying to find a fish to snag in the pond, and while I was watching and taking photos, a decent-size turtle surfaced out in the pond.
