Slow going... as I was going to my car I spotted a car buzzing down my street and jammed on my brakes to stop from stepping into the street - and somehow pulled something in my lower back/hip. VERY frustrating, since I was planning to head to VT Thursday afternoon for a 5 mile race Thursday evening.
On the plus side - while at Buckingham I spotted a heron, a large snapping turtle, and the Beast of Buckingham itself...
