... well, the rainy part had the advantage of limiting the number of people who were out and about at the same time as me, which I always appreciate.
ABOUT THE PHOTO: Thacher Park was the first nature space I went to in the Albany area, back in the late 1990's when I first started trail running and ran my first trail race, the Indian Ladder 15k (sadly no longer on the race calendar.) It remains dear to my heart and I need to make an effort to walk and run there more often, as I did in early June.
Trail running, distance running, hiking, road and mountain biking, paddling, snowshoeing, XC skiing, martial arts... and anything else I feel like writing about!
