Funny thing is, I even said "always take the camera" as I got ready to head down to the riverfront for a short easy ride before my drive to Liverpool... and if I'd actually done so, I could have gotten some pictures of the tugboat parade heading upriver to Waterford for the annual Tugboat Roundup. As it stands I'll have to settle for having seen the tugboats cruising getting ready to depart (right after I arrived) and cruising toward the Federal Lock in Troy.
