I was really looking forward to getting out for a ride after work tonight, but when I woke up with a scratchy throat and congested sinuses this morning I decided to take the night off instead (well... from working out. I have plenty of work I have to get done, so I couldn't really take the night off.)
Shame, really, because it was a gorgeous evening. Unless I'm on death's doorstep, I am going for a run tomorrow after work!
