Guess this just wasn't the summer for me to sign up for the Shawangunk Runner's New Paltz Summer XC Series... so far I'm 1 for 3. Woke up this morning with a pounding headache and a grumbling digestive system, and it just didn't make sense to drive to Minnekwaska for a race under those circumstances. Oh, well... there's always the Blueberry Run next Monday...
