The alarm went off at 4:30 and I contemplated getting up, packing my gear, and then driving for 2 hours to get to Hawley for the snowshoe race... and then rolled over and went back to sleep. Between being tired and being buried under work, the race just didn't happen for me today.

Maybe I can get outside for an hour or so a bit closer to home this afternoon.
