After a couple of days of fairly cold temperatures, we had a (relatively) warm one today, though more than a bit windy as the cold air moves out and the warm air sweeps in. A good night for a run. Unfortunately much of the time my legs felt like they'd been filled with concrete. So it goes...

If it's not raining too hard tomorrow I'll try for another short run, maybe over on the bike path...
