Legs not as tired today, but stiffer - so's my upper body.
Plantar fasciitis continues to holler, but not quite as loud as yesterday.
I think I'll take tomorrow off from running too...

ABOUT THE PHOTO: A very cold January day on the trails at Ontario County Park in western NY, site of the inaugural Mrs. McCormick's Ice House Tonic trail race. A snowstorm the night before the race made for very challenging running conditions...
