... though one plus to the godawful heat, there were a lot fewer people out on the path today, and most who were, were on bikes.

ABOUT THE PHOTO: A very cold January day on the trails at Ontario County Park in western NY, site of the inaugural Mrs. McCormick's Ice House Tonic trail race. A snowstorm the night before the race made for very challenging running conditions...
