Well, after almost 4 weeks and 3 service calls to Verizon, my phone and DSL lines are FINALLY working properly again. In the next few days I'll be posting a lot of updates!

ABOUT THE PHOTO: A very cold January day on the trails at Ontario County Park in western NY, site of the inaugural Mrs. McCormick's Ice House Tonic trail race. A snowstorm the night before the race made for very challenging running conditions...
Trail running, distance running, hiking, road and mountain biking, paddling, snowshoeing, XC skiing, martial arts... and anything else I feel like writing about!
