It's been snowing pretty steadily since I left the house this morning... a few inches of fresh powder could significantly change the character of the three snowshoe races this weekend!
Oh, well, if nothing else it will be an adventure!

ABOUT THE PHOTO: A very cold January day on the trails at Ontario County Park in western NY, site of the inaugural Mrs. McCormick's Ice House Tonic trail race. A snowstorm the night before the race made for very challenging running conditions...
Trail running, distance running, hiking, road and mountain biking, paddling, snowshoeing, XC skiing, martial arts... and anything else I feel like writing about!
