10.2 Mile Ride Through the Corning Riverfront Preserve
Wednesday, January 4, 2017

Misjudged the chill and my clothing today... fortunately there were a couple of mild sleet squalls that blew through while I was getting ready to ride, which convinced me to wear my rain jacket (which does a great job of trapping heat... sucks in the summer, but it's great this time of year.) So the ride was bearable but I was still pretty chilled at the end.

Deer were out and about today... nice to see, since I haven't spotted any there for a couple of years.

Pretty bizarre weather, but at least it made for some interesting cloud patterns. And I had a nice view of the first quarter moon and Venus once it got a bit darker.
